The bagasse papermaking method and the lunch box made from bagasse are generally first to clean the bagasse to remove stones and soil, crush to make the particle size reach a set size, and add additives to the bagasse powder and mix uniformly to form a slurry The mixing ratio and mixing speed are controlled, surface modifiers and emulsifiers are added to mix, and the mixed slurry is used on the paper machine to make pulp, and the film is coated on the paper plate to make lunch boxes of different specifications. The lunch box made from this bagasse can be completely burned or decomposed into CO2 and H2O.

The specific production process of our pulp molded tableware is divided into five stages:

Pulping process

In order to improve the toughness of the product, we use high-quality short fiber pulp such as sugarcane pulp as the main raw material, and mix it with other materials according to a certain degree of stirring and a certain concentration. Soaking sugarcane pulp is the first step, and then a hydraulic turbine pulper is used to crush the raw materials in order to separate and saponify the fibers to improve the bonding ability of the fibers. After screening, desanding, purification, and refining, the slurry is processed into the original slurry, and then the slurry is pumped into the slurry mixing tank with a slurry pump. During this period, relevant auxiliary materials should be added to improve the high temperature and water resistance of the product. The mixed slurry used in the preparation of the product is then entered into the pulp supply barrel for the forming machine, vacuum dehydration and forming.

Molding

Forming is a key process in the pulp molding tableware production line. This process plays a decisive role in the quality of bagasse tableware, production energy consumption, and production efficiency. The molding process is to make the original pulp into a semi-wet semi-finished product in a specific shape. This is a key step in the process. About 95% of the water in the pulp is discharged during molding. Therefore, it plays a decisive role in product quality, energy consumption, production efficiency and breakage. The molding quality depends on the molding machine, molding method, structure, mold quality and puree. In order for tableware products to have higher quality in the molding process, it is necessary to select high-quality puree and reasonable molding methods when molding, and the design of the molding machine must ensure the continuity of the slurry supply and avoid the phenomenon of slurry back and slurry running. At the same time, the design and processing of the mold must have good drainage and uniform dehydration.

Molding pressing and drying process

Use a professional forming machine to remove the moisture in the pulp tableware prototype to reduce the cost of drying and dewatering, the so-called forming and pressing. Drying is the use of heat generated by the copper mold to heat the product to remove residual moisture in the product, which is also a disinfection process. Due to the large amount of heat energy consumption during the baking process, the heat energy consumption is about 300 times the cost of forming dehydration. Therefore, reasonable design of the entire baking process to save costs has become the main production method of pulping tableware enterprises. It not only improves economic efficiency, but also meets the hygienic requirements of food packaging, improves resource utilization, and has a high pass rate.

Shaping and pruning process

The process is first formed by hot extrusion molding, and then pressed and polished to eliminate the texture marks during the molding process, so that the inner and outer surfaces become smooth. According to the needs of different customers, it can also be customized and styled by marking the given words. At the same time, the burr on the edge of the tableware is reduced, making the product more perfect and beautiful. The reshaped tableware is sterilized to ensure that the production meets hygiene requirements. Final product packaging and storage, the entire packaging process should ensure that the tableware is clean and hygienic, and the packaging quantity is correct.
